lumps on gums

hi has anyones Lo had quite large lumps on their gums when teething, ive just noticed where her 3rd tooth on the bottom would normally come up (she hasnt got that tooth come through yet) theres a large lump, its doesnt seem to be giving her pain.

i wondered if it was when they are getting a tooth through, but to me it seems to larger lump for this.

shes 15 months and has 4 top teeth and 4 bottom so faR.

This hasn't actually happened to my LO, but I've read in my baby manual that it's something that can happen while teething, and will go away when the tooth cuts.

anyone else had the same thing happen?
