Lymph Bump on Bikini Line 6wks pregnant

Ladies any of you have this problem. I felt pain since Saturday in that part. I was unsure what is going on. So I touched it yesterday and it was painful. Today I could feel small lump under skin. I went to doc and she told me to ask my gyn to scan it on wed... any of you had the same issue. I'm healthy I don't think I have cold or flu. If I do it is very weak...
