M&P Pilko Switch Pramette - Advice Needed

I am looking to buy this pram off a friend but neither of us know how much its worth. Does any-one have any guidelines on how much I should offer?

Recent Sales on e-bay seem to have been around the £30-70 mark but it doesn't seem a lot compared with the new price.

It is just the basic package, no car seat/muff, but includes apron and rain cover.

for £150 i bought the carrycot, pushchair, apron footmuff carseat, 2 raincovers with the xcel chassis i think for wot ur getting id offer round the £50 - £70 mark hun as ul prob have to buy extras to go with it x
