Has anyone tried Maca powder? After research I have added this to my growing list of supplements. It arrived today and from what a lot of people have said they add it to smoothies, but no one seems clear on dosage and the packet just says add a spoonful to food or beverages. So I added two teaspoons to a banana smoothie (well just banana and milk whizzed up with the powder). It is pretty disgusting I must say!!! I got it down ok lol but if it stays down time will tell. I want to take this, I think it has some beneficial qualities but I need some advice on dosage and well ways to make it taste better. Any advice or experience to share is welcome please ladies.
