Mackrel...advice please?!

Im guessing its ok for my LO to have mackrel...i went to sainsburys and there are loads of different ones..eg: mackrel...peppered?...honey? etc...which one do i buy and how do i make it?! What do you eat it with? xx

I'd be careful with mackerel because it's one with very high mercury content.
