Hope any of you can help.................... I was made redundant a week before I was due to go on maternity leave (Bad I know) I am taking my employer to tribunal which is at the end of this month
Anyway, My SMP stops at the end of this month ... So am REALLY worried what I will be entitled to now...
My working tax credit will now stop I guess
and without that and my smp I will be penniless....
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated I am flapping now
(OH has recently been made redundant too so he is also not working but cannot claim job seekers or anything because we have working tax credit??????..........)
