Male factor - sperm agglutination (clumping)

Has anyone here been in a situation where your DH/OH is affected by sperm agglutination? DH's semen analysis showed normal count, motility, and forward progression, but they are clumping together. We have to schedule a consult with a urologist, but what I've been reading about agglutination isn't looking promising. Just wondering if anyone can share an experience or offer some knowledge.
