Male infertility, No sperm help :(

Today I went for a post coital test and dr couldn't find any sperm. Not even one. He said my cm looked great but no sperm. My fiance and I are devastated. He will be going for a SA eventually but please can anyone give me stories of bad SA results and what happens from here.

I'm so sorry hon! I know first hand it is a very hard blow to deal with in ttc.

I wish you all rhe luck. Could be obstructed or unobstructed. They cN clear any bloackage or do surgery to extract sperm unfortunately for us the sperm we found didnt result in any pregnancies but there are stories of many lucky couples in that above mentioned thread.

My hubby had sertoli cell only syndrome and mtese to extract sperm
