    they have replied apptly im not allowed 2 say wot it says 4 legal reasons :shock: but the jist of it is.. i need 2 send photos n where n wen it was bought(this wa sliek 18 month ago how the fook can i mind!!!!)

    They only ask incase its part of a bad batch of cots and could happen to others.

    they are replacing the left hand side of the cot(the bit in pieces)as a good will gesture!!! tbh im no v happy, wots replacing that going to do?? it was the base that came away 4m the cot.....

    Bollox to that they should replace the whole thing
    Tell them its not good enough and as Kx said call head office
    and if no joy i'd go to trding standards and the local paper :evil:

    what a load of bollocks, and I suppose they expect you to asselmble the new bit of cot that shouldnt have broken in the first place! I wouldnt be happy with that!
