Just got my positive pregnancy test but I have no idea how far along I could be. I have PCOS and my period has been irregular like 6 weeks between my last periods. It has been 2 months since my last period and I started spotting 4 days ago. I keep seeing this could be implantation bleeding. How many days after conception dies that happen? I'm just trying to guess when I will be due I'm excited and I know the dr will schedule an US in a few weeks to figure it all out I just hate waiting. Any advice on what to do after finding out this is my first pregnancy besides a miscarriage over 6 years ago so I am new to everything.

Congratulations!! I don't have any advice for you as all I know we start counting either from O day or our last period, and I have irregular cycles as well so it's a bit foggy Either way, I'm happy for you and wishing you the best and it really does suck waiting to know everything

I don't think it's implantation bleeding. That usually happens around 6-12 dpo (average of 8 days), so if you already got a positive HPT, then implantation probably happened at least a few days ago.

A little spotting is generally nothing to worry about, though. I guess they'll just use the u/s to determine your due date since going by your LMP wouldn't really be that accurate.
