Massage - best time in cycle?

Hello all,

I have a voucher for an hour-long massage which I'd like to use soon.

Was just wondering if anyone has any insight on the best time in your cycle to have massages?

I doubt it makes any difference, REALLY, but just thought if anyone would know any obscure research like that, the ladies on BnB would!

I'm guessing just before ovulation. Anyone got any thoughts about this?

I work at a chiropractor's office, and our massage therapist said that a massage at any time of cycle would not cause a problem, unless it's super deep tissue. I love massages!

I have always been told not to get one in the first trimester, so I get massages before I O.
