For those who have already bought some maternity/nursing bras where have you bought them from? I have tried a few on in Debenhams/Marks and Spencer but they are all so thin and without an underwire my boobs hang right down to my bump! I have quite large boobs anyway so would never usually wear a bra without an underwire but it has started to dig in a bit now so I need some options!

Thank you!! :)

I am interested in this one too - I need to have some kind of support, but the bras I've tried just seem to have no support at all! I also need one to sleep in otherwise my boobs hurt in the morning!

I'm a big boobed mummy to be (36H) and got mine from m&s in the sale two for £12. I've found them quite comfortable.

Mine's from Bravissimo, but I wear my normal bra out still :)

Thanks ladies :) I dont mind not having an underwire I dont think, I really think its just that the material is usually thin to make them softer on maternity bras. Saying that as Ive never worn a non-underwired bra before I might be lying! I like my bras to have a bit of support in the material at the front so they are molded/almost padded otherwise I just feel like Im falling out!

Hopefully Ill be able to find one next time Im in town but let me know if anyone comes across any particularly good ones!

:)

I bought a few non-underwire from bravissimo, this one is the one I found best, it comes in a breast feeding version as well. But honestly I still wear underwire most of the time. I feel as long as it fits properly, then underwire should be ok. But everyone needs to make their own choice on that one ;)

Are we not meant to wear underwired bras? I'm still wearing my normal ones at the moment but they are getting tight so was just going to go up a size or two in normal bras!

I'm still wearing my normal bras I'm 26 weeks no problems I've just bought the nursing/maternity bras for later on if I get too uncomfortable and for nursing

Mothercare do a pack of 2 non-wire support bra's for sleeping for £16 and a 2 pack of nursing/maternity ones for £18. Not tried them on though I'm the same don't feel supported BUT I wore sports bra's with my 1st when underwire's got too painful and did find my breasts did sag a little more after (I'm a 34 D) but that may have been just normal and not down to the sports bra???

I'm buying proper ones this time just in case. Sympathise though as none I've tried so far seem to support me.

I've got two t-shirt bras from Mothercare - £16 each, but I wear a size that isn't that common, so my choices were restricted. They took a few days to get used to, but the I feel more contained than I did in the underwired ones and if I run for the train then my boobs don't hurt like they did before. They also weren't too high for my tops which was a bonus.

I have just bought myself a pretty set from Figleaves to cheer me up and ended up being a bargain c. £20 for a set https://www.figleaves.com/uk/produc...ra&product_id=FIG-AW103134&size=&colour=White It arrived today and was lovely.I didn't feel like I was in ugly underwear hell anymore!

Oh and if I didn't have such a small back in comparison to my cup I would be hitting Topshop and H&M for their pretty, maternity bras. x
