I have seen a black double breasted coat on the website for about £40 I think but they only have one size left which isn't mine may have to wait for that one to come back in stock.

I got mine from New Look, not the maternity section, but a jacket that's much bigger in size around the bump area, so I was lucky to get something like that not in a maternity section. XO

I got that 1 and within an hour 2 buttons fell off. I exchanged it and same thing happened again, it's possible my new look just got a bad batch but it looks like they used cheap thread to sew big buttons on and it snapped. I've got my eye on 1 in debenhams now!

I have nothing helpful to add as i'm in the same predicament. I am more fed up that companies it appears only seem to stock about 3 bloody coats in each sodding size!! Every time i think i've found a jacket and will order it they only have tiny or massive sizes left!!!! GRRRR!!! I am going to freeze if i don't find something soon!!! Good luck! xxx

I couldn't find a maternity coat I liked so I bought a parker in size 16 from River Island. I love it; it's big and cosy and has plenty of bump growing room

I bought mine last week from H&M for £49.99. It falls just above the knee, is black and double breasted and very warm! Tried to look on their website for a picture but there isn't one on there- sorry.

I was going to get the one from Next but I couldn't try it in the store as none of the one's near me have a maternity section. It's a bit annoying having to order things just for them to turn up and the sizing is wrong. Also, finding it rather annoying that most places are sold out of maternity clothes in a 12 and/or 14!

I had exactly the same trouble with coats... ended up buying a size 14 normal coat instead of my normal size 8/10... it has draw string thingy around the middle and all i a doing is gradually letting it out as the belly grows and seems to be working really well at the moment... am hoping this will last me right around until my due date.

I really like this one but I'd prefer it in black and it's £79!! which I think is a tad steep if we are only going to wear it when pregnant.
