Hello ladies! Just curious if any of you out there has purchase maternity lingerie? I'm not just talking about cotton underwear/knickers but actual lacy/sexy/sensual stuffs.
I'm having a soft filter, light and airey maternity shoot in March and I really wanted to wear some lacey lingerie pieces and then be "covered" by my wedding veil (as we are using my wedding veil as a canopy over her crib in the nursery) because I thought it would be a sweet photo addition to her wall by the crib.
I'm also wanting some not-necessarily-sexy but sensual in an expecting mom sort of way shots of me laying on our bed from nice angles that dont make me look like a beluga whale
So I need one to three bra and panty sets or lingerie sets that are neutral colored, very covering, light and frilly. The only thing I can find is hotMilk which is expensive to me (especially since I unfortunately didn't get the preggy sex drive) since I most likely wont wear them much again.
Has anyone tried wearing plus sized cheaper lingerie versus maternity? Was the fit off?? I dont want to look vulger stuffing myself in my old lingerie..it needs to be bigger and covering. If anyone's bought maternity lingerie and the fit was obviously perfect for pregnancy let me know that too. It may make me just hunkerdown and buy some.
