maxi cosi car seat straps for newborn

i think ive confused myself here but to anyone who has bought a maxi cosi
car seat.

there are two heights for the straps...

my question is should the straps be on the lowest for a newborn??
or doesnt it matter

Now confused, can you take a picture of what you mean. I have the pebble, but couldnt find two heights for the straps only one...

thats interesting .. i have the cabriofix and a citi both maxi cosi. both of mine have 2 heights.
where the top part of the harness comes out. . ill try get a pic lol
maybe the pebble only has one?

have a head hugger, so will check again when I get home. Thinking going to have to pop in a shop and get someone to give me a demo. Was either the pebble or cabrio that can fit in my car so just bought it and never really thought about how it works!

thats kinda helps. maybe explains it better than i did

like the pebble is adjustable in a diff way
