Yeah its a bit too tall but it would work if you put the ticker on the same line as the siggy picture...

A little tip.

Open notepad and resize it to the same size as that grey box. Then put it over your signature. If you can see anything from behind it then it's to big.

Its a bit too big... I just tried that tip from SC and the text on your ticker sticks out

It's resized Its 200px high now so you should fit a ticker underneath it no problem.
