me and oh are getting married so we need help with a diet and fitness plan!!

basically were getting married in may this year and am really struggling with what diet to do me and my oh both need to loose weight so was wondering any ideas on which diet and whgat fitness?? we both work 10 hrs a day and have a nearly 1 yr old so not much time any help tips and advice would be fab!!!

im going food shopping tomoro so what shall i buy!!

dont really need a diet, its about lifestyle change :)

My tips are

swap white carbs for wholegrain/wholemeal
swap drinks for water
cut out booze
lower processed sugars, natural sugars in fruit are fine
eat plenty of veg
keep soduim low
dont eat under 1200 cals


as for fitness, i find circuit training been best form of exercise, works all areas of your body, also adding in stength training.

Thank you for replying, I think I find that if I feel like im on a diet I don't stick to it, I defo need to change my life style as it's junk food at the mo and as my ds is getting bigger we want him to be able to share mealtimes with us and eat healthy xxx
