meal ideas for 1 1/2 year old

Anyone got any meal ideas for toddler? We seem to be stuck in a rut potatoes, diff veg chicken mince or salmon, cottage pie or spag bol. Looking something easy but tasty prefably that can be frozen, i work full time so usually cook large batches then freeze in seperate portions.

Sausage casserole, stir fry

Things like omelettes, pesto pasta, jacket potato are quick to make- 8 mins in the microwave then 15 in the oven
