I used to love chicken, and I would eat either chicken or veggie meals nearly every night for supper, with beef or pork or fish on occasion.
Now I'm off chicken, threw it up over the holidays and can't bring myself to even think about eating it.
But I have no idea what to eat now.. I don't like steak so won't cook it, I like 'white' fish - tilapia, haddock, etc.. I like pork chops or pork tenderloin.. like using ground turkey but will eat ground beef.. I am more than happy to eat veggie meals too.
I just feel a bit lost since I don't cook a lot of those things, like I need inspiration. I am looking to lose weight this year so diet friendly foods?
I want to make ratatouille.. I've never had it before, but have no idea about how to make it or what recipes are good etc?
