So, I was thinking, maybe we could share our baby's names and meanings. My daughter's name is Amelia Blair

    Amelia: To Strive
    Blair: Field or Plain

The name Amelia is an homage to my grandmother, and both me and Andrew loved Blair, a Scottish name. Since we're both half-Scottish, it seemed perfect. :happydance:

Amelia Blair is a lovely name.

I'd share meaning if I had names yet.

Lol. Thanks! Many people said it looks old. I'm glad someone likes it. (Besides me and Andrew)

They say it looks old as in the name of an old person, or it looks like an older name from previous times?

Either way, I like old names. My baby won't have a very modern name at all.

    Amelia Blair is GORGEOUS! :)
I kinda like older names too tbh; they sound so nice!
but unfortunately i cant really say our chosen names have a lot of meaning behind them...
Our boys name is Oliver Isaac. i just LOVED Isaac and Oliver is my dad's middle name -
who i havent seen since my 7th birthday.. so i guess that kinda means something; and our girls name is Leiah Grace -
just because we loved it. :)

Such pretty names! I love older names too misszoeex, and I sort of like the fact that her name is not so common those days

Yeah thats so true; atleast you know when she gets to school she wont have 5 kids with the same name in HER class alone! and the name you've chosen isn't suuuuper old like... Wendy or Tabitha.. it's just nice. :D
