Last week the GP sent me for a scan as she thought I could be measuring small. The sonographer said everything is absolutely normal and she'd send me a copy of the measurements which I've received today.
I was very surprised when I saw that the measurements seem to be at the high end of the scale (which is completely the opposite of what the GP had suspected)
Measurements are as follows at 24+5:
Head circumference 229.4 (slightly above middle of scale)
Abdominal Circumference 220.2 (almost at top of scale)
Femur Length 48mm (at top of scale)
Am I going to have a gigantic baby?! Have I been doing something that's made my baby big or is this all normal? I know the sonographer would have expressed concerns if she had them, but I think I'm just having my first nervous mummy moment!
Can any of you can give me a rough idea of your baby's measurements and hopefully put my mind at rest (or not!)
