I'm now 35 weeks and a day, my last scan was on wednesday past when I was 34 weeks 4 days. I'm having a boy, but at last scan he only measured 32cm and 5 pounds 1.

I'm 5ft2 and the baby's dad is 5ft9. I've already been in prelabor at 33 weeks and had to get steriods.

Two friends had babies one measuring 47 cm the other 52 cm at birth.

Should I be worried bout the size of my wee boy? Doctor has been keeping his eye on each scan now to make sure he's growing but it scares me that his lungs might be too small and there for might be born still born as still born has happened in my family before when my great granny had twins.

Please someone let me know if I should worry or not. Thanks xx

I wouldn't have thought you need to worry tho don't know your history or you

Jess measured small throughout my pregnancy and consultant wanted to induce at 37 weeks. At 35+5 I went into labour and she is absolutly fine no need for special care and is eating more and more

they may try and keep baby in for a week or so xx

Tbh hun that weight isnt too bad and the baby puts most of its weight on in the last 7 weeks so considering that i think everything will be fine.
And they can do amazing things today so its just a matter of trying to keep him in for as man weeks as possible. I was born at 32 weeks and weighed 4lb. I did great and am perfectly normal now.
xx
