Firstly I want to say thanks to all my third trimester buddies 
I really hope your all doing well girls. Thank you so much for all your support at the end of my pregnancy and thank you to my text buddies Tam & Mamafy for letting me do your heads in and being polite about it 
Stircrazy I would love to say sorry to you for being a hormonal b**** for 8 months but I'm sorry to say it was your fault after all and it was prepayment for the labour! so Im not slightly sorry about that!! haha
My Birth Story

Well after lots of false hopes at home she adventurely decided to come into the world at 40.2 weeks.
I had a very unsettled night I went and lay on the couch wakening up now and then with the odd pain but that was nothing new I had this many a night for a while! I adventurely moved off the couch and felt weird so I was moving about loads seeing if they were easing then it clicked I *KNEW* it was happening I came nervously on the PC for the contractions timer link and spoke to Tam ...the timer showed they were 2-3 minutes apart *gulp* at first I was a bit denial over it but I knew it was time to wake the OH although I was scared to wake Caitlin lil while later I heard her wake went upstairs and said to OH "your daughters awake, I'm in labour ......GOOD MORNING" he asked me could I not wait til tomorrow! Erm? He had to deal with lil Miss and I told him to ring his Mum to get her here for Caitlin "are you sure" YES! So he rings his Mum and says but I'll ring you in 10 just to make sure 
his Mum isn't silly she got prepared before he rang back although I had to say Stu hunny we DO need your Mum here!

I decided not to have a panic attack got some things ready, showered, cup of tea etc in mean time his Mum arrived and I finished getting ready bags at the door etc and my show came just before midday
at this point I came down and said "ok time to go me thinks" so off we went.
Got there the birthing pool room was available and I was given gas and air for my contractions that were now getting stronger.
I was checked at about 1pm and was 4cm dilated had lost my plug as you know but my waters had not gone yet.
I used the pool for some relief and got out at about 4pm and used the ball for a while! OH pinched the gas an air and was laughing at me being dippy (fooling around). Ok I was slightly oooooooooo on the gas listening to the ball going boing boing
haha
In the middle of a contraction Mr Stircrazy made his girlfriend pee herself a little He decided whist I was hot stuff on my ball in my birthing nighty gas stuck to my face bang in the middle of a contraction he would TAKE A PICTURE! My reaction was to shout I went to but shoved the gas & air back to my face, was angry but laughing - I was so inbetween he made me pee myself because I was laughing. Ok not loads but control was not a thing I had so I knew I had and went to deck him when the contraction stopped. MW found it funny anyway!
5pm although the contractions were stronger I was still only 4cms
she asked did I want them to try and break my waters and although it could help not always so I said yes and then I was left to decide if I wanted the epi or a water birth ...I had gone in there saying no epi but not ruled out so I was hmmm'ing over it for only a short while - the short while was too late I had no choice I was in active labour all I recall is my body was pushing and thinking oh shit. My body had taken over and I went full ahead I'd not even had a paracetamol then it was all very vague I only recall holding on to OH and hearing them say 'push' and thinking no I will when I can.
Megan was born at 18.16pm after about 20 minutes of pushing & Stu cut the cord.
Turns out my 'holding on to OH' was a head lock and as I squeezed his neac (haha) I said "kill me" followed by "Ive changed my mind"
Every moment was perfect! She was perfect with chubby cheeks & our MWs were GREAT they were really nice girls - a totally different experience from Wrexham when we had Caitlin.
I didn't need cut like I did with Caitlin and I was so pleased despite being a little shocked about no pain relief that I was mobile & with it 100%.

Sadly although we were allowed home late that night Megan had to be admitted back in hospital with an infection & was in special care - It was a very hard week to not have her home but shes home now & I will share the pictures of the 2nd time Megan left hospital!
