This may be a really dumb question but as a first time to be momma I'm pretty clueless on a lot. Basically I am having the HARDEST time sleeping at night. I'm exhausted, toss and turn and it's impossible to get a good nights sleep. I used to take melatonin here and there to help fall asleep pre pregnancy. Is it safe to do now?
It's also impossible to get ahold of a nurse at my OB office and have her return calls so I'm not getting any help on that end
