Menstrual like cramping, no tightening

Hi ladies,

I'm just a bit worried as I've started to have some menstrual-like cramping last night and today. It's on and off and I've been drinking loads of water but I'm a bit worried as I always thought Braxton Hicks involved an obvious hardening of the bump- but these are just general crampy feelings low in my bump. I also have some nausea- are these just plain ol' BH or should I call MW?

maybe you have a uti, especially if you have nausea. I'd give your mw a ring incase you need to do a sample. hope you feel better soon x

Hey babyblue14, I don't think it's a UTI as I have had those before during this pregnancy and don't have the same symptoms. I did just have an analysis done on Friday too at midwive's and that was clear...

I think this is something new- perhaps just BH but I am not noticing the tightening? I have pretty firm stomach muscles so my bump is normally very solid- perhaps that's preventing me from noticing any tightening in one area?
