I took it with both my pregnancies, and it made quite "loopy" and drowsy.
Stick with it; the side effects lessen as your body adjusts to it. The physician that prescribed it to me had used it during her pregnancy and said she found herself nearly dozing off driving to work at first, so she told me to be careful!

Initially I kept falling asleep.... at my desk, talking to OH, went to bed at 6pm......now it seems to be doing the trick and I feel okay.
