Midwife appontment

Does anyone know what happens in a 25 week midwife appointment?

and when do they do your birthplan ?

i had mine last week. she measured my stomach, checked my blood pressure and listened to heart beat on the doppler. She asked me how i was etc and gave me an envelope to get my bloods done which i have to do at a seperate appointment. She then booked me straight into my 28 appointment

nothing about a birthplan yet.

When I was pg with #1 they didn't do my birth plan for me (or even suggest it), my husband and I did one together. I don't think the MW will usually do it for you. I put quite alot of effort into mine but turns out it was a waste of time. I'm now pg with #2 and I'm not going to write a birth plan at all! x x Good Luck x x

I am not sure what its like in the Uk but here in Canada,we never discussed my birthplan until towards the end of pregnancy it was about 30 weeks when we loosely discussed a few things and maybe about 35-36 weeks when we firmly discussed options and what i would ideally like to happen.
