Midwife felt baby kick at 16 weeks!

We had our 16 week midwife appointment yesterday and while she was trying to listen to our little ones heartbeat she felt the baby kick her!! SOO chuffed!!

I've been feeling flutters and movement for a few days but this really put a smile on my face. After about 5-10 seconds of the sound of the heartbeat she stopped because she didn't think the baby was enjoying it as it kept wriggling and kicking her.

I just wanted to tell someone hehe!

(Looks like baby is in control already!!)

Lovely! I had a scan at 16 weeks and whilst I was waiting for the doc to come in I felt a kick outside for the first time. I'd been feeling movement since 12 weeks, when the consultant started the scan she got kicked too! It was great! Xx
