Might be pregnant, is tylenol ok?

Waiting to test til tommorow morning but feeling very crampy and have had a headache for three days (hasnt been to bad til this morning) is it ok to take tylenol or should I continue toughing this headache out?

Tylenol is ok. Advil is not. that's what my ob/gyn told me when I was pregnant. And I think you're not supposed to have codeine or anything like that. You could always call a health line or something if you want a nurse to answer these things. (my husband just told me not to give medical advice online.)
