Migraine

Last night I had a horrific headache all up back of head up neck all over really and was physically sick lots! Had to take paracetamol in the end which eventually after couple of hours headache eased a little took some more paracetamol & now this morning am ok just groggy! What can it be?

I suffered a lot with migraines in my last pregnancies, I think it is to do with the hormonal changes. The only thing that helped me was sleep, it was tough, particularly in the first trimester. Fingers crossed it passes for you!
