Mild Cramping in lower bump

So i'm 28 weeks and I have some mild cramping in my lower bump, had it off and on for the last day and abit. when i stand my entire bump hurts. I have a general uncomfortableness down below and hurts when i pee. During the day (normally) i average about 6 -7 trips to the loo to pee, today i been twice, it's hurt since last night. Dunno if its a UTI or something else or if i should worry or not. Little one has been rather quiet since last night but still feeling her enough. Any ideas?
