Since yesterday I have been getting what seem like mild cramps down low and it is freaking me out. They are not painful but they have been coming and going since yesterday.

Also I still have no sign of a bump. I know I am being silly worrying but my symptoms have gone only for my boobs are still kinda tender and I still have nearly 3 weeks till my next scan. Are some cramps normal?

Yes cramps are very normal. It's your uterus growing to accommodate your baby :) I started getting cramps at 10 DPO and still get them now! :)

Is it your first baby? it's very normal for first time mums to not show until well into the 2nd trimester. Your uterus doesn't rise out of your pelvis until about 12 weeks or later and you might not get a visible bump until some time after that.

I know it's hard not to worry but it sounds like everything is fine :hugs:

Those cramps are good! Think of them as "growing pains".

I started having much more noticable cramps, pulling, twinges at around 10 weeks or so, and I still have them. Also, at this time, my few symptoms really began to fade. All is good though - had my 12 week scan yesterday.

The cramps are just your uterus moving up and expanding - it's a good thing!
