Mild cramps at 14+ weeks? Is this normal i.e. uterus expanding?

I'm having alot of mild cramping and backache. It's uncomfortable, but not painful. No bleeding, spotting or coloured discharge, Thank God.

I've recently started noticing a tiny bump so is this discomfort from an expanding uterus?

P.S. Sorry for the First Tri-like question!

it most likely is hun, because everything is still expanding/stretching/moving etc. Don't stress. I guarentee it is that. No bleeding, or Extreme pain... you're ok

I think it is... with my last i had light cramping and back pain the entire pregnancy.

Hi ive had the excact pains from about 12 weeks they get really bad through the night to the point I wake up with the stabbing pains, saw my doctor about it and it is simply my uterus growing and stretching and still getting them when I walk and at bed time.

Yes I've been getting the same thing this last week or so and it is kinda worrying but reassuring to think it's hopefully all normal

I am also getting the same thing plus brown discharge. Yesterday I was in agony could barley move, but its eased of today.. My MW said its just everything stretching to accommodate growing baby xx

I think I'm feeling more discomfort while sleeping on my tummy now than say, last week. My tummy-time is slowly coming to an end I think... boo hoo!

Also, feel myself needing to be extra careful when getting up from couch or bed as it sends sharp, sudden pulling sensations through my lower abdomen. Pain doesn't last more than 5 seconds though.

YEP...I have lower abdomen cramps fairly regular...lots of growing and adjusting. Uterus is getting harder and stretching our muscles. Doc says this is normal!

This is very helpfull..I am having the same thing.. Its worse when I have to pee..I was worried but everything is fine..no bleeding just pressure/and pulling feelings..Im 14 1/5 weeks today!!!
