Milk= hiccups?

Hi everyone i was just wondering if anyone else has felt like the baby has the hiccups after drinking milk? i drink everything else fine but im convinced milk is giving him the hiccups im 40+3 x

I rarely drink milk but LO hiccups everyday now. Don't know if it's caused by milk on your case
