Milk thistle

I got some Milk thistle yesterday from Tescos, after reading it was good for increasing milk, however on the back it says not to use whilst breastfeeding except on the advice of a dr

Do you think you can take these?

bluming hard work isn't it. I'm either pumping, bf, wiping up sicky reflux, or feeding a bottle, and tats just the feeding aspect. God knows how ill get any housework done. But i have to kee p going to see if the reflux improves,

yeah i read the above link and posted about it but they are both used to increase supply they just work differently so all is good! Hopefully we will both be able to exclusively bf soon then wont have all the faff in between!
