mini pill question

hi every1 im asking this on behalf of a friend shes been on the mini pill since she had her daughter a year ago she wants 2 start trying 4 no2 so stopped taking them a month ago but hasnt had a period yet does any1 know how long it takes 2 get ur period bk any help will b much apprieciated x

It can vary, some come back as normal (28 days) and some can take longer.

I was on cerazette and I had a normal period 34 days after stopping with no withdrawal (I never had af on this pill anyway). I think it varies from person to person so she will be best waiting a few more weeks before seeing the doc.

Is she breastfeeding?

Has she had her period since having her daughter? If she is breastfeeding/was recently breastfeeding than it can take a little while for the periods to return. The mini-pill is progesterone only and is one strength with no placebo week; it isn't like the normal pill that controls periods with hormones on a 28 day cycle.
