forgive me as most of my threads are negative recently but, I'm so bloated at the moment it's making me miserable. I just feel like a balloon thats going to explode!! I dont eat much though so it baffles me, today I had a really small pork pie and a few chocolates from a tin of quality street and have just eaten a not massive plate of sausage and mash and bread and butter pudding to finish off. like I said not much. I didnt eat anything till about 3pm and even before then I was in pain and bloated, my skin feels so tight I thought I was supposed to enjoy 2nd tri?? miserable mummy to be :(

P.S - the skin tightness? is this where I get religious with the Bio Oil/ anti stretchmark cream?? x
 
aww poor you, sometimes it can be tough.

I got really bloated when I was pregnant with DD, I was retaining a lot of fluid so I ended up gaining an awful lot of weight. Are you drinking an awful lot?

If this is what is happening with you I've good news, all that water retention left me within a couple of weeks of birth :happydance:
 
If you eat a bigger meal in the mornings you will feel a tonne better. Eat heaps of yogurt, it helps bloating. And keep that skin moisturised! ;)

I dont drink loads - if anything I drink too little.


I'm feeling a bit less bloated today but its only the morning we'll see about the rest of the day lol :)

I'll try that then, I usually eat little through the day then mum's OH who is a chef will cook a big meal a few times a week. or I'll cook for me and my OH maybe I'm letting my belly shrink all day then filling it too much lol. :)
 
I had the same problem hun and just had to stop eating breakfast, lunch and dinner as 3 meals and grazed throughout the day. It really helped. The other thing that really helped was peppermint tea, which someone on here mentioned once. Now, I HATE hot drinks, hate, hate, hate them. Even hate soup as its a hot liquid but I had one and it really helped!
