Sorry the move hasn't gone as planned hun! Any idea at all when the van is likely to be with you? Is there nobody you can speak to who can give you an idea when you should have your furniture? I am sure as soon as you have everything and can nest you will feel better. When will your family be able to visit you? are they waiting until LO is born?

Is there any chance a friend or family member could send you a care package with little things from home? That might cheer you up. You could also be create about ways to keep in touch so you still feel connected with everyone.

Oh I'm sorry things aren't going well for you at the moment, it's difficult enough moving to another country, but when things don't go right it makes it so much harder. I've been in Spain for just over 3 yrs now & also feel like you. Our move was fine & we've finally got some lovely friends, but home is calling me & I can't imagine being here forever! Also with this baby due in 12 wks I miss my family & DH family & friends at home & even the supermarkets!! I thought you could still fly, (with Ryanair) up until 36 wks as long as you have a note from your Dr to say you're all healthy?? Hope this helps.

I know how you feel. I'm far from home and I miss it too! The only difference is, we both would love to move back to Canada but it's mainly just a money issue right now.
