Misscarrige dreams

Hi
I had a dream last night I woke up went to the loo and in my knickers there was a pink spot then there was 3 more so (tmi) I got a cotton bud and wiped it inside me and on the end was a dark brown red blob

Does anyone else get these dreams and what do u do.

Pregnancy can cause the worst dreams. I know easier said than done but try not to focus on them too much.
