Missed Medication... flipping out

Long story short ive been felling really down and blue, and felt to sick to pick up a refill of my thyroid meds. (underactive) I missed 2 days.

I googled and its pretty much saying awful things, should I tell my doctor? have I harmed my baby? Im flipping out

When I was initially tested (they caught it early) my thyroid was at 3.88, then after a month of meds it went down to 1.6 or something. 2 days couldn't do that much harm right?

You'll be fine. Just restart tomorrow, and recognize you may feel some thyroid symptoms for a few days while things reset.

Not two days worth. You'll be fine. You could call your doc in the morning and ask to come in for a quick heartbeat check to feel better though.

Try not to worry not sure if this is any reassurance but my levels were very similar to yours and my OB didn't even treat it (or tell me) for 8weeks although I am now on thyroxine and have changed doctors!
My baby is kicking around just fine at 23 weeks and from what iv read I'm hoping it's unlikely to have any lasting damage!
(Some countries/doctors are still not treating TSH levels of 5 or 6)

That makes me feel a little better that sucls your doctor didn't treat it!
