Missed period, throbbing ovaries

I'm about three weeks late and I took a pregnancy test 1 1/2- 2 weeks ago. Negative. Still no period, and two weeks ago I had been having nipple sensitivity and soreness. Thats gone now. Currently I have a pulsing/throbbing pain in my left ovary, it's not severe but it does stop me in my tracks. I'm fatigued and nauseous but I do have a history of cyst. Thanks in advance!

I would make an appointment with your doctor and get a blood test done just to be sure. Then, if they are able to rule out pregnancy, they will then be able to figure out what is actually causing your discomfort.
