Moles or Freckles

Yep, I have noticed my freckles and moles are slightly different. I went to my GP as H was a bit concerned about one on my back and she told me not to worry as it was normal in pregnancy for these things to change. However, she also said not to hesitate going in to see them about anything I may be worried about.

Many of my moles are now raised where they were flat before, and I have lots of little freckles on my boobs and nipples that weren't there before! Also a skin tag on my nipple that keeps falling off and one under my arm. Grrr. Hope they go of their own accord. I asked my midwife and she said it was normal in pregnancy but I'm going to check with the Dr anyway.
