Morning sickness already?

I'm 8 DPO, and woke up this morning feeling out of my mind nauseous. I have thrown up, but I don't even want to get out of bed! I had what I believe to be implantation bleeding a few days ago but I don't want to get hopes too high. Is it too early to be feeling nausea? Anyone else get bad nausea but don't throw up?

I believe I implanted the night of 4 dpo/5 dpo morning. I started having bad nausea that night. I've never thrown up, only because I hate doing so and fight it. Eating small snacks regularly helps keep it at bay. I tested positive yesterday at 9 dpo.
