morning sickness in the thrid trimester

ok ladies with MS...

i am in my 30th week now and still suffer from extreme morning sickness!!!

it has not gotten better since it started in week 4

my doctor has given me zofran and it works most of the time....

well now heres my questions:

1) does anyone else have to deal with this on a daily basis still?

2) is it true that the reason it gets sooooo bad every couple of weeks or so that i cant go to work is because the baby is hitting a growth spurt?? thats what my freinds mom said.....

3) any other rememdies that i can try for those really horrible days.???

I had a break from it in second tri, but its back... its the worst feeling. That along with the cramps and everything... I don't have a cure except I just let myself get sick and that helps.

Are you having heartburn? That actually can cause it too... I actually had a combo heartburn and throwing up bile. Then I started throwing up blood. Scary!!!! But it turned out that the heartburn was destroying my throat and making it raw... anyways, I take a million tums everyday and that sometimes help with the nausea

I still deal with this. I do not actual throw up very often but the nausea is horrid and has me crying at times. I have found that alternating zofran and phenergan helps and the best thing to do is to continue taking them even if you do not feel sick because it will help prevent the nausea from coming back. So basically I just alternate zofran and phenergan and take them around the clock. Good luck hun and I hope you find some relief soon

I still throw up every morning when I wake up, I'm also on zofran and it does help.

oh yes i throw up everyday at any point of the day and sometimes all day to the point i cant even go to work
i do get heartburn and have been put on pepcid as well
i take the zofran everyday but somedays when its really really really bad it doesnt help at all.
