Mothercare delivery

Just wondered if anyone else has ordered their furniture from Mothercare & what happened with the delivery?

I want to order it but they can't give me a day when they'll deliver it so chances are no one will be in & they also say they can't pass any instructions on - I live in an awkward house and they will have to carry it a 100m to my house. I've had delivery men refuse before because of H&S and they weren't aware so I don't know what to do

Any experiences?

Is ther anywher else u can get it delivered? I had mine delivered to dads work as I didn't think I'd be in n I got it sent on nominated day! x

No, I wouldn't be able to get it to my house as my car is only small! It's really frustrating - you would think that when delivering furniture they could tell you the delivery day!

Oh they asked me when I wanted it delivered. If you get a baby plan you decide. I did anyway? :-/ xx

Mama and Papas were the same although I did get a text on the morning saying it will be that day so not very good if you're at work.

I ordered online to get 5% cashback but I'm going to go instore and see if theres anything they can do!

I was going to go to mamas and papas instead lol, so maybe not!!

Did you order by phone, because when I order in store they call and get a delivery date for me.. well they did with my last pram x

I ordered online but then phoned up yesterday and they were totally rubbish!!
