Mother's Milk/Fenugreek

Has anyone used Mother's Milk Tea and/or taken Fenugreek capsules? Did they work for you? I began using both yesterday. Just wondering how long it takes to kick in if it does work at all. My milk supply has gone down so much that I actually had to give my daughter formula last night and today for one feeding. Depressed about that-hate this feeling.

i've been taking fenugreek for a month now. I don't really feel it has helped. It's made lo really gassy but i've heard many others say it has worked for them. I'm now trying moringa. I just started today, hopefully i'll see some positive results. I hope the fenugreek works for you.

Just curious, what makes you think your supply is low?

I was drinking fenugreek tea religiously and LO started having very green and explosive poos. Not sure whether it increased my supply so much that Lo was not coping with foremilk quantities, but I stopped drinking it and it is more or less back to yellow poos.
Could have been a coincidence though!

Everytime I drink Mother's Milk tea it works well, in fact at night I always wake up in a puddle of milk lol. However, it's hard to help you unless we know how old your baby is. Too often new mothers with 2 or 3 week old babies think they don't have enough milk when in fact their baby is going through a growth spurt and all the fussing and crying they do is completely normal.

It's so rare to see someone from NY here, where abouts?
