Mouldy Wipes Update

    Well I got a massive apology but not a massive giftcard :rofl:

    Its good they took it serious though and I got £50 in total of giftcard pennies - £15 with first apology and £35 after they got the wipes back.

    They actually had them tested and the letter said:
    'Their investigations found the wipes to contain contamination of Trichoderma mould which is a commonly occuring mould that is not seen to be harmful in nature'

    They have created an incident report & still investigating the matter as serious.

    Well Im happy with that - Not happy it happened in general but it can't be turned back huh so at least there was contact & the woman who was nice took it serious.

    Good reply and nice to get some vouchers from them. Hope it hasn't happened to someone else, especially if they didn't notice and actually USED the wipes on their LO!

    I love my points I shop online and grab loads of the extra offers in - up to now since Caitlin I think I've earned over £200 in points mostly bonus ones!
