Mouldy Wipes Update

Well I got a massive apology but not a massive giftcard

Its good they took it serious though and I got £50 in total of giftcard pennies - £15 with first apology and £35 after they got the wipes back.

They actually had them tested and the letter said:
'Their investigations found the wipes to contain contamination of Trichoderma mould which is a commonly occuring mould that is not seen to be harmful in nature'

They have created an incident report & still investigating the matter as serious.

Well Im happy with that - Not happy it happened in general but it can't be turned back huh so at least there was contact & the woman who was nice took it serious.
