Hi

First timer here

Baby has always given me cause for worry and ive been to hospital twice over the pg due to lack of movements.

Now baby is REALLY quiet. I dont get kicked anymore, just the usual limb poking out for this stage but its very rare. I can poke baby and give my tummy a little shake and....nothing!! It cant sleep that much!

I have the midwife tomorrow but just need to know others are the same x

I've noticed movements have slowed a lot since 36 weeks, but I've had 2 growth scans and appointments since then and baby is fine. There is less room for them to move. The type of movements is different too. She rolls around but has no room for big kicks now.

Still, phone if u are worried!!!

I haven't gotten a proper kick in weeks, but she does wiggle and make my stomach lump up a lot. :flower:

If you are concerned about babies movements hun, really share your concerns with the midwife don't let her fob you off, I had the same with my son but I was a bit earlier than you, they ended up inducing me which resulted in csection at 37 weeks because he wasn't growing as he should which resulted in his lack of mOvements he got tired very quickly. If are concerned then make sure your midwife listens to you.

Thanks, I will talk to her tommorrow about it at my appointment and really express my concern.

I am bothered as all my midwife apps ive been told im measuring ahead but never been sent for a scan, I constantly get told I look about to drop and got asked last night in Tesco if the baby was due today!!

Ive just moved areas so this is my 1st appointment with my new midwife so we will see xx
