Moving house with baby - argh!

I must be mad, after a lot of coming and going and negotiation it looks like we shall be moving xmas week!!
How on earth am I gonna get everything packed up and sorted with a 2 month old baby?!!
Trying not to panic!
My son will be disappointed though - I'm not gonna put many xmas decorations up to have to take them down and pack them last minute.

We have moved twice over xmas, first time our youngest was 2 1/2 mths old and then we moved again when he was just gone 2yrs.
We are on the market now and are hoping to have a sale by xmas (we are shared ownership so a slightly different process but moving to outright mortgage).
Our eldest is now 6yrs and LO 23 weeks...
Oh the fun. I remember just loading a fully decorated tree in the van and staying up all night just to get the vital bits unpacked whilst OH was on babysitting duty.
It isn't that bad - promise!! (I wouldn't do it again and again otherwise)

It wasn't so bad - you just have to be very organized (think times ten from what you normally are) and fast. I started packing in advance and marked all not very essential boxes to go upstairs in the attic. The priorities are the bathroom, kitchen, bedrooms boxes. I unpacked LO's bedroom first, then kitchen then the rest. I pretty much unpacked everything essential by 2am (started moving at 7am). It's not easy, but stay focused and fast. We also had my MIL to help with LO - so try to get somebody to help maybe? Don't worry about prettying up, just put things in their approximate locations - you can always come back to it later to organize. Good luck xxxxx

We moved when Ruby was 9 weeks, al I did was packing while she napped, and OH, BIL and his friend did all the moving of stuff. Ruby and I went to my mums while they were sorting the new house out. It was fine...
