Moving to stage 2 milk - vomit!

Anyone ever had issues moving lo to stage 2. We use SMA and have this weekend just moved to introduce stage 2. We did one bottle at lunch each day. Both evenings we've had projectile vomit about 5/6 hours after the bottle. Could be total coincedence but most unusual.

Or do you mean stage 3, follow on?

Oh sorry I mean the 6month +

Hmm, dunno why it could be happening but you could just switch back to stage 1, there no need to switch to stage 3 really if LO is happy on stage 1 x

I have stayed on stage 1, I was told by hv's that they are almost identical and the follow on milks are just a marketing ploy - don't know how true this is, just saying what I was told xx

You can try mixing it with stage one 50-50 until she gets used to it. Omar had the same reaction to toddlers milk, he used to projectile vomit after his milk feed so we had to mix it with his 6+. As for 6+ we mixed it 1st with his stage 1 as he was on special formula for reflux.

Stage 3 may be a marketing ploy but you can get offers on it unlike stage 1
